Niro (Bowen Design) Spray Dryer With BB-3 Type Spray machine Conical Bottom drying chamber is 12' diameter x 6' 7" straight side, and utilize a co current air flow design. Elevation to top of dryer is 25' 7". This is a complete system with the spray dryer and bag house mounted out doors. Feed related equipment is mounted indoors on a skid. Dryer details are as follows: Supply air; 1385 acfm. Natural gas; 27.9 acfm. Feed; 1725 lbs/hr. Product 525 lbs/hr. Evaporation rate 1200 lbs./hr. Process gas inlet temp. = 1100 degrees F. BB-3 spray machine with complete controls including a Penthouse control panel, feed valve, automatic force oil lube system by Sloan Brothers, and Magnetek GPD 505 VSC variable motor speed system.
