Two speed 8.5 or 11 Rpm (at the rolls) Machine has undergone a full refurbishment and is in full working order: As part of the refurbishment the following was done: Gearbox rebuilt and gears refaced where necessary Reconditioned fluid coupling Reconditioned main drive motor and feeder unit motor New Gearbox oil circulation pump Fresh oil in gearbox and transfer box All new hydraulic lines and couplings All four rams are refurbished New safety valves and couplings fitted to the hydraulic power pack Main Bearings disassembled, checked and re-greased (all OK), new lube points/grease nipples installed Main roll surfaces polished and checked Feeder unit was stripped and checked, feed control gates greased. Reconditioned feeder unit motor Fully blasted undercoated and painted Custom made stand as shown Also a custom made out feed hopper to attach to the stand and machine.
