400 to 1200 Lb./Hr., Aljet Roto-Jet mill system designed to grind particles sized from 0.5 to 45 microns. This 304 SS product contact system features all the equipment needed to get into operation immediately, including major equipment, controls, and all associated ductwork. Major components are as follows: One(1) Aljet Roto Mill, Model 30, serial # P-11737-E, 304 SS construction, with integral dynamic classifier. The mill is rated for up to 150 psi, from 40 degrees F to 100 degrees F. The Roto-Jet has opposing grinding nozzles, (4) 11mm in size. The jet mill requires 1800- 2300 scfm of clean air 70 degrees F at 100 psi. The classifier is a model 30 RJ rated for 2000 cfm with a maximum rpm of 3,500 rpm. The classifier is driven by a 30 HP AC motor, with adjustable speed. Adjusting the speed of the classifier controls the rate and particle size of the mill. One(1)Acrison feeder, 304 SS contact, screw type, that feeds product to the mill. It is a model FHM01206, # 749040, with an input HP of 1.5, and a ratio of 15:1. The variable speed drive motor is slaved to the speed of the classifier to control feed to the mill. One(1) exhaust fan, manufactured by American Fan Co., model # R-13403 handle the air movement through the system. Its constructed of carbon steel, and rated for 2017 CFM at 60” SP. This fan is driven by a Siemens AC motor rated for 30 HP at 3600 rpm, and requires 60 hz/3ph/230-460 volts. The frame size is 286TS and its a TEFC motor. One(1) dust collector manufactured by Sly, handles the chore of keeping things de-dusted. The dust collector is 304 SS for product contact and the plenum, and has 432 Sq.Ft. of filtration area. It contains (36)- 16 oz. cloth filters with cages, 5.75” diameter x 6’ long. The air to cloth ratio is 2.89:1. This duct collector also has a 18” x 36” explosion door and fire suppression can be added. The system includes all controls, rotary air locks, and ductwork to set up the machine. The footprint of this machine requires the approximate size of 23' wide x 10' deep x 20' high.
