Wet Gas Compressor Radial Split case two stage compressor motor through a Lufin gear reducer
The Datum compressor is an 18 frame size(inside case diameter) with a radial split case, six impellers and a back to back rotor design. The machine features a lube skid that supports the compressor, motor and gear, a gas skid for the double Dry Gas seals, and instrumentation for vibration and temperature detection.

IP55 motor, water cooled, with integrated air dryer, mounted in an acoustic cabinet,
with seven impellers. This is the low stage compressor that is part of a two stage system, designed to compress methanol, but can be used for other gas. The casing design pressure for the inlet is 700 psi and the outlet is 700 psi. The casing design temperature at the discharge is 500 degrees F, and the maximum operating temperature is 380 degrees F. The hydrostatic test pressure on both the inlet and discharge are 1050 psi. The first critical speed is 3750 RPM., The maximum continuous speed is 10,908 RPM. Nozzle orientation is up.(vertical) The compressor is base mounted along with the second stage compressor (IPP # 210368) and shares a common shaft. The entire compression train is designed to be driven by a steam turbine. See IPP stock # 210371.
