Pilot plant, including an Agilent Tech Model 7890A-GC. Designed to operate at up to 725 psig and 572 degrees F in the auxiliary process vessels and 932 degrees F in the reactor tubing. The current set up includes one 5/8" tube reactor about 3' high and holds around 70 cc of catalyst. The second reactor system has a 1" tube reactor designed to hold about 387 cc of catalyst. The skid mounted system is equipped with two independent pilot reaction systems and common utilities. The systems are designed with the capability to create three reactor inlet gas streams by Brooks Mass flow controllers. It also has the capability to flow hydrogen and an inert by the mass flowmeters where it can be mixed in with the liquid feed. Each system also has four Knock out pots located down stream of the reactor. Includes all controls.
