860 Liters per batch, 316L SS, sanitary with high polish, CIP system designed to mix and prepare the Clean-In-Place solution. The system is controlled by a Siemens Simitac HMI mounted in a NEMA enclosure. Total footprint of the system is as follows: 6 m long x 1500 mm wide x 2440 mm High. Pumps and valves require 1.2 m W x 1.4 m D x 1.7 m H. Controls are 500 mm w x 850 mm d x 2150 mm H.
The system contains the following major pieces, all are 316L SS mirror polish and sanitary: Unit # 81-611 Liter, vertical pre-rinse tank. Manufactured by Zetterstoms-Molkom, rated for -1 to 3 bar at 145 degrees C. 700 mm diameter x 900 mm straight side with welded dish heads.-No mixing on this vessel. Pre rinse tank mounted on legs.
Unit # 82-Lye Tank- 611 Liter, vertical tank with bottom mixer, mounted on feet with load cells. Manufactured by Zetterstoms-Molkom, rated for -1 to 3 bar at 145 degrees C. 700 mm diameter x 800 mm straight side with welded heads and sanitary insulation jacket. Drive is a Nord, 0.56 kW.
Unit # 83-vertical rinse tank with no drive, mounted on legs. Manufactured by Zetterstoms-Molkom, rated for -1 to 3 bar at 145 degrees C. 700 mm diameter x 1300 mm straight side with welded dish heads.
Two plastic tanks for chemical additions (one for NaoH, the other for H3PO4) 550 Liter, vertical ,700 mm diameter x 1400 mm straight side. with metering pumps and 3 way automatic valves.
Metering pumps(2) are ProMinet doserteknik, serial # 2009091978 s3BA rated for 580/696 l/H. Rated for 0.37 kW. CE Certified. With three 316L SS high polish sanitary pumps by Colly & Flowtech-two are 3" x 3", one is 1.5" x 1.5".
Also included one small Alfa Laval M6 plate and frame heat exchanger, serial 30107-12821, rated for 10 bar at 140 degrees C.
System includes all interconnecting piping, valves, and instrumentation.
