product packaging system. Designed by HAF, the system uses an airveyor system to convey the bulk solid product from a spin flash dryer to an automated bagger. The entire system operates under a nitrogen purge. The blower package is a Pro-Air System with a 10 HP drive and VFD controls. Product discharges from the dryer to a Urschel Comitrol processor, model 1700 for proper sizing prior to being sent through a dust collector and a screener with a #8 mesh. From the screener the product goes through a drawer magnet and then to a metal detector with a diverter. Product that passes through the metal detector gets bagged in a Choice Bagging Equipment Auger Packer, or gets sent to a super sack bagger. The CBE 230 Auger Bagger discharges via conveyors to a Gramatech Bag sealer. HMI Controls are by Northwind Technical Services.
