Designed to Process the following PET: Melt density 1.18 g/cm3, Solid density 1.34 g/cm3. Melt temperature 285-290 degrees C. at 200-500 Pas viscosity. 90 strands with a maximum through put of 6900.
Die plate design (pn# 10295462) 5,5 mm hole diameter. With a quick change cutting head. The Cutter head diameter is 162.5 mm, 30 teeth, with a 2 degree helix angle and # 2 tooth profile.
The feed rolls are timed, with a belt drive, driven by a three phase AC motor, rated for 5.5 kW.
The machine is supplied with an operator control panel. This system requires the following utilities: Compressed air-4-6 bar. (dry and oil free), Electrical-400 volt 3 phase. Cooling water, 30 m3/h at 30 degrees C at 6 bar maximum pressure.
Strand cooling with water, pellet cooling with water on a 200 mm x 7 meter long cooler, Dryer by Aero, Model 800, the Aero dryer is rated for 40 m3/hr. water with 30 kw motor and air throughput of 100 m3/min. Water from the dryer is returned to the process loop. and vibratory screener by Rieter.
