8' wide x 24' center to center horizontal belt filter/dryer with a 304SS pan This unit is capable of accepting 16,000 SCFM of hot air flow for drying product. 4 zone filter design, with pan wash. Two rubber drainage belts with knife blade discharge. Manual belt tension guides for the cloth filter.. Variable speed belt drive, by a SM Cyclo horizontal gearbox, driven by a Reliance 7.5 hp motor With two 304SS hood enclosures equipped for hot air circulation with pressure relief panels, bolts to the top of the belts frame The original design had one hot air fan with filter banks that pushed steam heated hot air to the top of the product cake. Vacuum for the bottom of the pans was provided by Sutorbuilt rotary blowers,(available at additional cost) These blowers are rated for 13000 cfm and are driven by a 350 HP AC motor. (Motors not available) Blower stock numbers are 206782, 206774, 206775, 206773, 206771, 206772, 206784, and 206781.
