lyophilizer. System has (2) heresite lined chambers, each 340 sq ft w/(17) 60" x 48" shelves, 3-11/16" clearance between shelves. Both chambers are rated 15 psi/full vac @ 350 deg F. 375" thick shell, 2.125" thick door. Hinged front door w/(3) glass ports. Refrigeration and heating system data: shelf temp range -55 deg C to 75 deg C. Shelf heating is 40 KW per TCE system (Trichloroethylene). (1) condenser for both chambers, 405 sq ft, 800 liter holding capacity, SS condensing plates. Shelf refrigeration system has (2) 7.5 HP compressors. Condenser refrigeration skid has (4) 30 HP reciprocating compressors. Vac system includes (2) 7 1/2 HP Stokes oil seal vac pumps, pump down time to 100 microns is 15 minutes. All electricals are 3/60/460 volt, 385 amps.
