IPP# 1156 - Multi Purpose Distillation System

This system can recover 1470 tons/year on Ethanol, and was most recently utilized on Acetone, Butyl Acetate, and Ethanol. The complete system includes all the major pieces and accessories such as pipe, tanks, drums, separators, pumps, and receivers. Major Components are as follows:

1. One (1) 316L SS vertical distillation column with valve trays-1m diameter x 22650mm high. K6200
2. One (1) 57 square meter (613 square feet) 316L stainless steel (1.4571 ) tube, head and shell horizontal heat exchanger.
3. Two (2) 2.75 square meter (29 square feet) 316 stainless steel (1.4571) tube, head and shell horizontal heat exchanger (product coolers).
4. One (1) 20,000 liter 316L stainless steel (1.4571) vertical pressure tank.
5. One (1) 5.1 square meter (54 square feet) 316L stainless steel (1.4571) tube, tube sheet, head and shell horizontal heat exchanger.
6. One (1) 30.4 square meter (327 square feet) 316 stainless steel (1.4571) tube, head and shell horizontal heat exchanger (separator drum overhead condenser).
7. One (1) 11.6 square meter (124 square feet) 316 stainless steel (1.4571) tube, head and shell horizontal heat exchanger.
8. One (1) 5,000 liter 904L/316L stainless steel (1.4539/1.4571) reactor.
9. One (1) 2,000 liter 316L stainless steel (1.4571) vertical pressure tank.
10. One (1) 5,000 liter 316 stainless steel (1.4571) horizontal jacketed pressure tank/separator.
