Filter interior is polished to a mirror polish (220 grit) With cored and heated shaft. Shaft rated for 87 psi at 208 degrees F. Hydraulic driven agitator rotation 1:14 from 6-58 rpm. With stuffing box agitator seal with gas purge.
Hydraulic power pack operates the following: Agitator up/down, Bottom opening tilting, and the hatch.
Power pack is driven by a Reliance 10 hp 460volt, 3 ph motor.
Side solids discharge clamped bottom for heads removal. Tilting type filter with 316 SS base and cabinet exterior parts polished to an 80 grit finish All gaskets are PTFE. Filter has washing nozzles, and Explosion proof lighting for filter interior.
Also included is a Rosenmund Apovac Vacuum system including vacuum pump and ring -Liquid vessel and cooler Apovac model 1.5/660 PMSH 156 D2Serial # 51 050with Vacuum pump by Gepruft With PLC control system has operators controls mounted on hydraulic station
Can be used with 248331 APOVAC system for vacuum at an additional cost.
