Double sigma blade mixer with jacketed trough. Rated atmospheric internal. Trough is jacketed on bottom 1/3 of trough. Unit has tangential sigma blades, driven one side, with packing glands on shaft. Top cover is hinged with pneumatic cylinder, rated atmospheric internal. Trough has bolted sides. Inside trough dimensions are 40" W x 36" wide x 47" deep. Chain and sprocket drive, 3 hp gearhead motor to operate tilt discharge.
