Torus disc dryer The rotor is 60" diameter x 14' long, and is hard faced. The rotor is cored for steam heating Heating medium is steam Trough is 69" wide x 177" long x 84" high with a vapor dome. Total height with dome cover is 154" high. Panel coil jacket on 25% of the dome cover. Continues product flow with retention time is controlled by adjustable product discharge weir. Rotor had hollow discs, and is chain and sprocket drive Outboard bearings, packing glands with N2 seal purge, Johnson rotary joint on shaft.
