Sartoflow 20 PH/A Crossflow Filter/ Tangential Flow Filter (TFF) system

  • Skid mounted system with the following components- Sartoflow 20 filter holder, can handle 20 crossflow cassettes or four Sartocubes.
  • A 200 Liter vertical pressure tank, with jacket engineered by Sartorius, type 200L NOC-39600055, serial # 0406154. Vessel rated for -1 to 6 bar at 140 degrees C, jacket (15 liter) is rated for -1 to 4 bar at 140 degrees C. Vessel has a welded dish bottom and bolted flat top. Under drive is magnetic with a 1 kW drive motor.
  • 2" x 2" rotary lobe pump with a Nord drive serial # 30515/A/04 rated for 7 bar.
  • With one Watson Marlow 624 U, auto control 165 rpm peristaltic pump. Controls in NEMA Stainless steel cabinets with an IEI HMI. Jacket and cooling is completed by a Lauda T -4600 cooling unit, 18 Liter bath capacity, process thermostat, manufactured by Lauda-Brinkman, model T4600. Temperature range -30 degrees C to 120 degrees C. Cooling capacity at 20 degrees C. 4600 W. With 2 line back lit LCD display. Temperature accuracy to plus/minus 0.05 degrees C. Skid dimensions overall 1.8 m long x 1260 mm deep x 2.5 m high. CE certified.
