Complete system with a Quantity of Two (2) Short-Path Distillation Units (SPDU) These specialized distillation columns are designed for separating high-viscosity or heat-sensitive materials The jacketed columns have internal wiped-film agitators and large internal cooling bundles. The overhead vent systems include condensers, roots blowers, and dry vacuum pumps The systems are each designed for about 40 gpm of wax product. One 82 sq. ft. Wiped-Film Evaporator (WFE) rated for 22 psig/FV @ 572 deg. F. and constructed of 304 stainless steel. The jacketed evaporator comes with an overhead vent system and outlet pump. The overhead vent system includes a condenser, roots blower, and dry vacuum pump. The system is designed for about 40 gpm of wax product. The System was manufactured in 2015 in modular construction units. All available connecting piping, valves, instruments, and control devices are included. Virtually all of the process contact material of construction is 304 stainless steel or better. All of the agitator drives (WFE, SPDUs) are hydraulic.
