exhaust air scrubber, pressure rated -1/0,5bar @ -10/160 degrees C, mounted on a carbon steel frame with a 150 mm diameter stainless steel body scrubber column with carbon steel rushig rings pressure rated 6bar@ 50 degrees C, with a pump, manufactured by Dickow, type WPVh2561, serial number 03175440 motor type FFD80K4FDS/6612 motor and pump are CE stamped.

The system utilizes CS construction for the tank and column, lined with “Flouroshield” Teflon, and also included are a recirculation pump and heat exchanger. The system design rating is FV/5 psig at 5-200 degrees F. The pump is a Gould’s size 1 x 1.5 x 8, model 3298, mag drive, and a Tefzel liner, driven by a 7.5 hp. Ex. Proof motor The heat exchanger is an APV Model SRS MS-12 with Hastelloy C-276 wetted parts and a surface area of 101.8 Sq.Ft. The column packing is Hi flow 5/8” rings manufactured from PFA Teflon, With an Otto York mist eliminator Complete package system base mounted on a CS base 9’ long x 7’ wide. Top of the column is 106” high.

Flange for bolting to tank is 24”. Side mounted nozzles are one 9”, two 8”,two 4.25”, and two 4” Outlet flange is 6”. This column is packed with saddles. Recirculation tank (VF574) is fiberglass (Derakane 470) , and has a capacity of 1200 gallons It is 64” diameter x 105” long with dished heads , and has the following nozzles: One 24” nozzle for VF573, one 19” top nozzle, two 5” nozzles, one 3” nozzle and four 1.5” nozzles Secondary gas stream flow is handled by VF572, Derakane 470, packed tower containing plastic tellerettes This tower is 15” diameter x 151” long, and has one 6” nozzle, two 4” nozzles, three 1.5” nozzles, and one 1” nozzle. Recirculation is handled by a Teflon lined centrifugal pumps, (IPP stock numbers 233896 & 233893) one is operational and the other an in line spare.
