Niro (Bowen Design) Spray Dryer With BB-3 Type Spray machine Conical Bottom drying chamber is 12' diameter x 6' 7" straight side, and utilize a co current air flow design. The vapor inlet line is 4" flanged, and separator outlet is 1”. Automatic valves for liquid flow control are provided by Fisher and El-O-Matic, and the vapor contact piping is 316 SS. System includes all DP cells, RTD temperature probes, and pressure gauges. Designed to be used in a hazardous atmosphere, skid has a 60 amp Square D breaker, and explosion proof switches and controls.
