Serial # 1056413, and National Board # 989, Rated for 150/FV psi in the shell and tubes. The dual seal pot arrangement, with Nitrogen purge is provided by Duramettalic, Canada/Condex Heat Transfer Corp. Serial # 91-3-4146 & 4179, and rated for 400 psi at 400 degrees F. Both have level sight glasses and N2 purge line with regulator and Liquid make up valves. The units 316 SS separator, is manufactured by Jenco, Serial # 91-1327, National Board # 525, and rated for 30/FV at 350 psi. The separator tank also has a liquid level sight glass. The vapor inlet line is 4" flanged, and separator outlet is 1”. Automatic valves for liquid flow control are provided by Fisher and El-O-Matic, and the vapor contact piping is 316 SS. System includes all DP cells, RTD temperature probes, and pressure gauges. Designed to be used in a hazardous atmosphere, skid has a 60 amp Square D breaker, and explosion proof switches and controls.

Niro (Bowen Design) Spray Dryer With BB-3 Type Spray machine Conical Bottom drying chamber is 12' diameter x 6' 7" straight side, and utilize a co current air flow design. Elevation to top of dryer is 25' 7". This is a complete system with the spray dryer and bag house mounted out doors. Feed related equipment is mounted indoors on a skid. Following is a short process description: The feed from Brine Evaporator enters the recirculation piping above the recirculation pump. The feed is mixed with recirculating brine slurry and pumped through the heater where it increases in temperature and is sent to the vapor body. The hot brine flashes down to the saturation pressure inside the vessel, producing vapor and the cycle is repeated. Crystals are formed continuously in crystallizer vapor body and have to be removed. Concentrated product is removed from the system, passed through a centrifuge to remove the solid crystals and is returned to the evaporator recirculation line. The crystals are sent to a landfill. Vapor from the crystallizer is sent to a small barometric condenser using cooling water to condense the vapors. Condensate is mixed with incoming cooling water and is discharged back to the cooling tower. Vent from the condenser is vented by a CS ejector, through a silencer, and out to the atmosphere. Prime condensate from the condensed plant stream is sent back to the primary feed heater to assist in heating incoming Brine Evaporator feed. The Crystallizer recirculation pump, stock #228104 is 19,000 GPM with 150 HP motor and fabricated from SS alloy. The centrifuge stock #228101 is Bird Bowl type, 24" diameter x 38" long, rated for 18,304 Lbs./hr. with SS316L contact parts, 30 HP Motor with SS alloy product contact parts.
