Nash SC2SS Vacuum pump, with vapor recovery system Test # 90Y002 The system includes the following equipment; a vacuum pump, two heat exchangers, a separating tank, and seal pots. The direct drive vacuum pump, is manufactured by Nash, size SC2SS, Pos. 4 ,Vac, rated 200 cfm @ 5-20" Hg. The vapor exchanger is a 30 sq. ft., all 316 SS, horizontal heat exchanger manufactured by Industrial Process Equipment corp., Model # 2ST8-60, Serial # 105-641A National Board # 988 It’s shell and tubes are rated for 150/FV The condensate chiller is a 10 sq.ft., 316SS tube bundle, 316SS heads, with CS shell, horizontal heat exchanger and is also manufactured by Industrial Process Equipment Corporation. Serial # 1056413, and National Board # 989, Rated for 150/FV psi in the shell and tubes. The dual seal pot arrangement, with Nitrogen purge is provided by Duramettalic, Canada/Condex Heat Transfer Corp. Serial # 91-3-4146 & 4179, and rated for 400 psi at 400 degrees F. Both have level sight glasses and N2 purge line with regulator and Liquid make up valves. The units 316 SS separator, is manufactured by Jenco, Serial # 91-1327, National Board # 525, and rated for 30/FV at 350 psi. The separator tank also has a liquid level sight glass. The vapor inlet line is 4" flanged, and separator outlet is 1”. Automatic valves for liquid flow control are provided by Fisher and El-O-Matic, and the vapor contact piping is 316 SS. System includes all DP cells, RTD temperature probes, and pressure gauges. Designed to be used in a hazardous atmosphere, skid has a 60 amp Square D breaker, and explosion proof switches and controls.
